About Jessica Williams Medical Aesthetician
Jessica is a born and raised Floridian and our newest Medical Aesthetician here at Dr. Rotatori’s. She has solely been practicing skincare for nearly 20 years and no stranger to the industry. She has experience in luxury spas, medical spas and plastic/reconstructive surgery centers. She is proud of her accomplishments of opening The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Orlando as their lead aesthetician and most recently was awarded a scholarship for her Master Aesthetician certification.
Jessica specializes in microneedling, HydraFacial, micro-dermabrasion, pore extractions, dermaplaning, chemical peels, micro-current, pre and postoperative skincare, facial lymphatic drainage, sculpting facial massage, cryo facials and more. Jessica has a therapeutic touch with big results so her passion is felt and seen by her patients, friends and family. She thrives on giving thorough consultations to create a customized treatment plan and a simple at-home regimen to fit individual patient needs. Achieving patient goals are important to her and believes if they are consistent at home then together expectations will be accomplished.
In Jessica’s free time she loves to be with her family, working out and doing anything that includes the Florida sunshine (with sunscreen, of course!). Fun facts: she loves fresh flowers, making charcuterie boards and enjoys foods from all around the world.

Meet the Team
Dr. D. Scott Rotatori is a board-certified medical doctor and a highly-regarded expert in the field of plastic surgery.
As caring as he is professional, Dr. Rotatori sets the minds of his patients at ease with his honesty, frankness, and integrity. To be treated by him is to know him, which is a course of action his current patients recommend.
Dr. R. Maxwell Rotatori has recently joined the practice and he is honored to do so. He received his education and training at Stanford University with a B.A. in human biology. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. He completed his residency at The University of South Florida.
Dr. R. Maxwell plans to offer the same excellent care as his father, Dr. D. Scott Rotatori.
Kristin graduated from the University of Florida School of Medicine's Program for Physician Assistant Studies, where she earned her Master’s degree in 1999.
Rachel is no stranger to plastic surgery. She had worked for several years in the field before she chose to temporarily resign and raise her children.
Heidi is our newest team member to join the practice, Prior to coming to us, Heidi worked in plastic surgery. Her skills, compassion and knowledge are evident to our patients. She is very detail oriented to the pre-op, post-op and surgical ins and outs.
Stephanie has extensive knowledge of and training with the CoolSculpting procedure, having performed more than 1000 cycles on our patients.
She collaborates with Dr. Rotatori regularly so that our patients receive the most desirable outcome.
Lea Politowicz, is a native Floridian, and has been a Licensed Medical Aesthetician for more than 13 years and joined Dr. Rotatori’s team in 2019.
Desiree Castellano has been a licensed micro-pigmentation makeup artist since 1996. She has extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive tattooing. Desiree is also a past advisory member for the Florida College of Natural Health.
